Ms. Oldenhoff is an accomplished litigation and trial lawyer with a focused practice involving medical malpractice defense, employment litigation, and general liability litigation. She represents individual healthcare professionals, executives, hospitals, medical facilities, and various other corporate and group practices in defending medical malpractice actions before all state and federal courts. In addition, she represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, before administrative agency proceedings and state and federal courts, on workplace matters, such as discrimination actions alleging age, disability, gender, pregnancy, religion, race, and national origin discrimination, harassment, retaliation, family medical leave act and other leave claims, wrongful termination, defamation, breach of contract, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, and other high-exposure claims and disputes. Ms. Oldenhoff has also been involved in the defense of complex general liability actions. She has acted as primary counsel responsible for all aspects of trying and preparing cases for trial, arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Oldenhoff has also prepared and argued appellate briefs before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Oldenhoff has been involved as an educator and speaker for the local bar associations and she has participated in numerous educational programs in various forums helping healthcare providers improve the quality of care while minimizing risk.
