Kelli Rader

Kelli Rader is the senior paralegal at Hinchey & Oldenhoff, LLP. Ms. Rader has worked with our medical malpractice team since 2018. She has extensive experience in medical malpractice litigation and works closely with the attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. Ms. Rader is skilled in identifying, obtaining, and organizing the volumes of medical records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable Massachusetts law, conducting medical literature research, digesting medical records and depositions, maintaining ongoing communication with attorneys, insurance representatives, medical professionals, and experts, and organizing documents and exhibits for trial. From the initial intake and investigation to the final work preparing for trial, Ms. Rader is an integral part of our defense team.
